Payment:All sales must be prepaid online. We currently accept payments via Paypal only. We do not accept COD orders.

Shipping: We currently ship to Canada and the USA with FedEx Ground. APO shipments are processed via Canada Post/USPS. For international shipping please contact us directly at customerservice@purepetal.com. Shipping charges will be displayed in your shopping cart when you place your order. In rare instances, we may contact you for your approval if the shipping charges change (remote areas of Canada or the USA outside of the 48 lower states.

Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick & P.E.I.: 1-2 business days

Manitoba, Saskatchewan & Alberta: 3-6 business days

British Columbia, Yukon, North West Territories, Nunavut: 6-7 business days

Continental U.S.A: 2-8 business days

Orders are shipped the same or next business day that order is placed (depending on time order is received), so please add up to 1 day to above shipping times.

If you wish to have expedited shipping please place a request in the special request area of the order page. We will contact you with the adjusted shipping charges for your approval before shipping.

Returns:Within 30 days of receiving the product, if for any reason you find you are not satisfied with the product, please email us at customerservice@purepetal.com and we will be happy to give you a Return Number and you can ship it back to us at your charge. Shipping charges still apply. If free shipping was applied to your order, refund will be order price less regular shipping charges. We only accept returns of products sold through our website.  For products sold through retailers, please consult individual return policy of retailer.

Privacy: We respect your privacy and appreciate your business. At no time do we ever provide your account contact or payment information to any third party vendor, associate or service provider unless absolutely necessary in order to complete your transaction and order. For example, your information is processed by a third party financial institution (Paypal) for payment processing. The carrier of your shipment (FedEx or Canada Post/USPS) will also have access to your name and address in order to deliver shipment. No other personal information will be shared with any other third party.
