Elizabeth Pyshnov, the founder of Pure & Petal wanted her hair to smell delightful.

She wanted sexy hair that smelled fresh and enticing and not just for 5 minutes after washing it. She also wanted a product that wasn’t harmful for her hair. She didn’t start out wanting to create a new product, she just wanted to buy one! But all she found was alcohol or silicone-based fragrances. The alcohol dried her hair out after repeated use and the silicone weighed it down. Our hair deserves better!

She set out on a mission to create an alcohol-free, silicone-free hair fragrance. Once she started creating the perfect fragrance for hair, she thought “Why stop at not harmful?”

Why not create a fragrance that was actually good for hair? So she added generous helpings of natural hair moisturizers like silk protein and provitamin B5 and used only the finest ingredients. The result? .
